Chartaev System - A new model of socio-economic structure

Russia does not take root, and rejected by society, and the economy extreme forms of coercion: the totalitarian ("do not work - you sit in jail") and purely market ("did not work - you will die of hunger"). Meanwhile, it was born in Russia and proved its viability most probably an effective economic model in the world, it is coming from our realities, experiences and collective mentality.
