Access to the Internet has become one of the inalienable human rights

We all know about the existence of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which has incorporated the most important rules of human behavior developed during the long history of existence and development of mankind. The Declaration lists are important for all of us right as the inviolability of the person, prohibition of forced labor, freedom of movement, right to education and many others. Now joined the list and the right of access to the global Internet.
